Hunter

male - lab mix - 1 year old - 60 lbs.

Hunter and his brother Tucker have been at the shelter since they were just puppies. Their brother and sister have both been adopted, and they are patiently waiting for their turn!

Hunter is very energetic, and would be a great companion with a little bit of training.

Hunter is neutered and up to date on vaccines, flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention.

If you’re interested in adopting Hunter, please submit an adoption application. Once we receive it, we will call you to arrange a visit. If you have any questions, please contact us at (478) 231-6942.

Please carefully consider these factors before adopting a pet: landlord approval (if applicable), other household members, future plans, costs, other pets, time commitment, and supplies needed. You must be 18 years of age or older to adopt from Faithful Hearts. Click here to learn more.
Meet and greets are by appointment only, and are scheduled based on approved adoption applications. Applications are on a first come, first served basis. An adoption fee is required and may vary based on the animal. Fees are based on multiple factors including veterinary care and the age of the pet. Click here to learn more.

If you are thinking of adding a loyal companion to your family, you will want to consider many factors in selecting the animal which best suits your lifestyle and fits your needs.

In most cases, your new pet was born as a stray, or abandoned or surrendered by a previous family. Your pet is going home to a new, unfamiliar place with strangers… which is kind of scary! Being gentle, considerate, patient, and kind will help ease your friend into his new family.
